Tirupati is a major religious pilgrimage site, and making it less accessible due to higher costs could create a sense of exclusivity, distancing it from its spiritual roots. Balancing the financial sustainability of temple management with the religious and cultural values of inclusivity and accessibility will be key. Ultimately, it depends on how this proposal is implemented—whether there are provisions for subsidized tickets or affordable alternatives for different income groups.
