  No-Bake Banana Pudding Recipe

**Ingredients:**

- 1 (5.1 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix

- 3 cups cold milk

- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

- 1 ½ cups heavy cream

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 box vanilla wafer cookies

- 4-5 ripe bananas, sliced

**Instructions:**

1. **Prepare the Pudding Mixture:**

   - In a large mixing bowl, combine the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk. Whisk for about 2 minutes until the mixture starts to thicken.

   - Stir in the sweetened condensed milk until the mixture is smooth. Set aside.

2. **Whip the Cream:**

   - In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with an electric mixer on medium speed until it starts to thicken.

   - Add the vanilla extract and continue to whip until stiff peaks form. This should take about 3-5 minutes.

3. **Combine Pudding and Whipped Cream:**

   - Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until well combined. The mixture should be light and fluffy.

4. **Assemble the Pudding:**

   - In a large serving dish or a trifle bowl, start by placing a layer of vanilla wafers on the bottom.

   - Add a layer of sliced bananas on top of the wafers.

   - Spread a layer of the pudding mixture over the bananas.

   - Repeat the layers, ending with a layer of the pudding mixture on top.

5. **Chill:**

   - Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight if possible. This allows the flavors to meld and the cookies to soften.

6. **Serve:**

   - Before serving, you can garnish the top with additional sliced bananas and crushed vanilla wafers for a decorative touch.

Enjoy your creamy, delicious, no-bake banana pudding!
