What if Doctor Strange didn’t give Thanos the Time Stone?

Had Doctor Strange not given Thanos the Time Stone in Avengers: Infinity War, some significant changes to the timeline could have occurred:

1. Thanos would still be the winner (in the short term): Even without the Time Stone, Thanos is still extremely powerful. He had five of the six Infinity Stones when he confronted Doctor Strange on Titan, and was able to overpower the remaining Avengers and Guardians to take the Time Stone by force. Alternatively, Thanos could have found another way to obtain the Time Stone, such as threatening to kill the other Avengers or the people of Earth. 2. Greater Loss of Life: Had Doctor Strange refused to hand over the Time Stone, Thanos could have killed more Avengers or caused worse
