The goal is the afterlife

There are many ways to check tangible things: how much money you have, how many children you have, etc. But did you know that your book of good deeds also records invisible things? All the pain and sorrow you endure, all the pain you hide in your heart, goes unnoticed and unheard by God. We think that just because we keep our pain quiet, no one will know. But as a believer, I believe that God truly knows the intensity of our feelings, even when we remain silent. A believer’s tears are precious, because when we face pain and disappointment the way God wants us to face them, with full knowledge that we have tested our faithfulness to Him, with the greatest possible satisfaction in His judgment, and with absolute trust in Him to care for us, the rewards are great: atonement, avoidance of natural disasters, easier provision, and other priceless rewards from God. God knows how hard it is to remain calm for Him when He takes everything from us, or how hard it is for us to suffer when He gives us sickness and pain that we must endure. The truth is that all our reactions, whether hidden or overt, are recorded in our books and will be placed on our scales on the Day of Judgment. So remember: This is just a test to see if you deserve something better, and if you endure it in the way God has commanded, you will hasten your progress to heaven, God willing. If the pain is so terrible that we cannot endure it and cannot relieve it, it is because we ignore God’s promises or lack faith in Him. However, God understands everything, including our broken feelings. So, trust when someone comforts you and tells you that everything will be okay. This will happen if you believe in God.

The Heart Must Be Free

The love of God cannot be truly realized in our hearts if our lives and emotions are filled with love, commitment, and devotion to anyone other than God. The further we stray from the purpose of life, the less God will be in our hearts, and God will send us a wake-up call to remind us of this. However, wake-up calls are not necessarily gentle. Sometimes events shake us up to give us clarity and perspective. For example, the death of someone is often a catalyst for us to reevaluate the direction of our lives. Losing something, if it brings us back to God, will cause us to devote more time and attention to Him. We have all been lost in the vortex of the world at some point in our lives, and if God brings us back by removing some of the worldly elements, let us be thankful. When something is taken away from us, it is a gentle wake-up call to put our trust in God alone, not in those we love. It is a reminder that everything or anyone we love in this world will disappear and only God will remain. It reminds us that the only one in control is God. People did it for a reason. And when we let go of what we have lost, we must fill that space in our hearts, minds, and emotions with the love of God, which will lead us to infinite victory in this life and in the next.

The door will be opened

The goal is the afterlife, if Allah loves you and sees that you are spending too much time in this world and this is an obstacle to your afterlife, He will remove it to make way for you. This obstacle may be something or someone you love more than Allah, and removing this obstacle will be painful. Or it could be something you love deeply, but the thing you love is harming you in this world and the hereafter. However, if you understand the meaning of what happened, you will be grateful. If God takes something from you and you are patient with it, He will replace it with something better. It could be a better version of what you lost, or a completely different thing or person. In the case of Umm Salamah, Allah killed her beloved husband in the Battle of Uhud, but gave her a better alternative husband: the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. In the case of Jacob, he was reunited with his beloved son, but at this point Joseph was no longer a boy but a prophet and a respected trustee of Egypt. Be open to the fact that an alternative may come in another form. It's not always "apples to apples." The dead will not come back to life. Do not expect what you have lost to be restored to its former glory, but instead, place your hope and trust in Him to plan what is best for you. You may lose your job, but He can give you a gift from heaven that is more valuable than your salary. He may have given you a disease, but He will make up for it by cleansing your sins and making you a more patient person. You never know how the reward will come, so expect the unexpected and thank God every step of the way.
8. Life is very fair

Life is fair because God is fair. The problem is that when something happens, we only see one way and our vision is incomplete. With God there is no unfinished business.
