**Introduction**

Pav Bhaji, a quintessential Mumbai street food, is loved by many for its spicy, tangy flavors and the delightful combination of buttery pav (bread rolls) and a thick vegetable curry. Adding paneer (Indian cottage cheese) to the traditional Pav Bhaji recipe elevates it to a new level, introducing a creamy texture and rich taste that is irresistible. This fusion dish is perfect for those who enjoy the classic flavors of Pav Bhaji but are looking to experiment with something new.

**Ingredients**

For the Pav:

   - In a large pan, heat oil and add the finely chopped onions. Sauté until they turn golden brown.

2. **Cook the Bhaji:**

   - Add the turmeric powder, red chili powder, and Pav Bhaji masala. Mix well.

   - Pour in about 1 cup of water and let the mixture cook on medium heat for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

   - Add salt to taste and mash the vegetables using a potato masher to achieve a thick, homogenous mixture.

3. **Add the Paneer:**

   - Gently fold in the paneer cubes and let them simmer in the Bhaji for about 5 minutes.

   - Add butter and mix well. Let it cook for another 2-3 minutes.

4. **Prepare the Pav:**
